Miranda Coffee

A delightful experience

Our History

Our story began in 1968 with the acquisition of the farm that remains the heart of our coffee project today. That same year, 60,000 trees of the Colombia variety were planted, marking the beginning of more than five decades of dedication, learning, and deep respect for coffee.

Over time, we have incorporated new varieties such as Castillo, Cenicafé 1, Cenicafé 2.0, Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica, expanding the genetic diversity of our crops and exploring their remarkable potential in the cup. Through this commitment to quality and agricultural experimentation, we have developed distinctive coffee plantations focused on the production of specialty coffees.

Our cup profile is characterized by a pronounced sweetness, with notes of chocolate, caramel, and red fruits, along with a complex character that highlights the aromatic richness and body of our coffees. This profile is the result of careful selection on the farm and the implementation of fermentation processes that enhance and refine these qualities.

Today, we continue cultivating with the same passion that defined our beginnings, combining tradition, innovation, and a deep commitment to the land to offer a truly exceptional Colombian coffee.
